A: Our band name is Nurhachi.

A: Nur-Ha-Chee, or say it however you'd like. Variety is the spice of life.

Q: What is a Nurhachi?

A: Nurhachi was the first emperor of the Manchu Dynasty! If you don't believe us just watch the opening scene of Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom.

Q: Where are you from?

A: We are from Skagit County, Washington. Feel free to move here, everyone else is!

Q: How many members are in your band?

A: We are a tasty lil' three piece. Some might even call us a power trio. Our members are: Jack Mattingly (guitar/vocals/braids) Dylan Dalgarn (lead guitar/vocals/luscious locks) and Sean Dalgarn (drums/vocals/tattoos)

Q: What kind of music do you play?

A: Rock & Roll! We are influenced by all of the great decades of rock and roll music from the 50s, 60s, 70s, and the 90s!

Q: Do you play original music or covers?

A: We play mostly our originals, but we are always ready to deliver when someone shouts "Play something we know!"

Q: Do you have any music recorded?

A: You bet we do. Our debut self titled album came out in 2025 and it's available everywhere that music is allowed!

Q: Do you have physical copies of your album?

A: Yes, let me go get you one from my car. You can just have it, no one is buying CDs anymore.

Q: How long have you guys been a band?

A: We're turning four this year! They grow up so fast don't they?

Q: I've heard that two of you are brothers, which two?

A: You have great hearing, because you heard true. Sean (drums/big bro) and Dylan (lead guitar/lil' bro) have been brothers since the 80s!
